The corpse storage and freezing unit, or corpse cabinet, is designed for hospitals, funeral homes, and autopsy departments to effectively preserve deceased bodies.
This unit features an advanced temperature control system that maintains a consistent internal temperature of 3±2℃ using a highly accurate computer-controlled mechanism. Users can set the temperature anywhere between -16℃ and 6℃, with a display precision of 0.1℃. The display utilizes a bright three-digit indicator.
Additionally, the system has a unique temperature calibration function, allowing users to adjust the set-value and display temperatures between -10.0℃ and 10.0℃, again with a 0.1℃ increment. To ensure uniform temperature distribution, a forced cold-air circulation system with an intelligent fan is incorporated.
For added convenience, an optional 24-hour monitoring, recording, and printing system is available. This includes four precise temperature sensors within the unit, and two external indicators that display the temperatures of both the upper and lower compartments, allowing users to monitor conditions effectively. The recording system features a power-off memory to retain critical temperature data and includes password protection to prevent unauthorized printing of temperature fluctuations.
Safety features include a comprehensive five-alarm system, which comprises two sound alarms and two light alarms powered by 220V, along with an optional remote signal alarm. The system supports data management software to track temperature changes and allows communication with a PC via RS-232 for detailed temperature curve analysis and record-keeping.
The safe control system includes features like a keyboard lock, password protection, and adjustable alarm temperature ranges. It alerts users to seven types of system failures, such as high or low temperature, sensor malfunctions, and door openings. The system can also function reliably even in cases of sensor failure or numerical disturbances, maintaining automatic operation.
An internal lithium battery ensures that temperature displays and alarms remain operational for up to 72 hours during a power outage. Optional components include an EPS emergency supply and a DC24V-AC220V inverter to maintain normal operation.
The refrigeration system utilizes a high-performance compressor from Germany's DANFOSS, along with a "Bi-Sonic" double fan and an "EBM" heat elimination fan, adhering to environmentally friendly practices with a fluoride-free cooling system.
Constructed with high-quality stainless steel, the design is both aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant. The insulating layer is made of imported polyurethane foam, which effectively minimizes heat loss.
Each compartment has an independent refrigeration system that can be adjusted individually, ensuring independent temperature control for each body stored. The trays feature a series of small rollers for easy movement, and the entire system is equipped with safety locks to prevent accidental openings. A wide voltage range of 187-242V is supported for flexible power requirements.
